These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Cirrondly. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts & Access

You may sign up via:

• Email and password
• Google or GitHub SSO

Each user is responsible for securing their account. Cirrondly is intended for managing cloud storage connections only.

2. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Use Cirrondly to perform illegal activities
• Use Cirrondly to store or manage unauthorized data or cloud connections
• Attempt to interfere with other users’ usage or system security

Cirrondly is not a general-purpose event tracker and should not be used as such.

3. Subscription & Billing

• Cirrondly operates under a paid subscription model.
• A 7-day free trial is available.
• All billing is handled through Stripe.
• We are not responsible for overbilling caused by misconfigured cloud usage or third-party services.

4. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in harmful or abusive behavior
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or interfere with service

You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard.

5. Limitation of Liability

Cirrondly is provided “as is.” We are not liable for:

• Data loss resulting from your cloud providers
• Legal action resulting from improper cloud usage
• Billing errors from third-party services

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes will be handled in the competent courts of Paris, France.
